The large balcony offered fine views. We loved our visits to the nearby mall and used the metro to explore the city. The service was really good.

The only downside was the housekeeping timing, which could be better.

Reasonably priced place overall, it is tidy, location is best possible near neighbourhood. Quiet atmosphere, nevertheless some people working here are unprofessional. Great value for money rooms come with washing machine, bedroom and a washer/dryer. Excellent service, the breakfast was great and they have free parking if needed...

Views are very very bad.

Most helpful and slimily staff. Very fast service. The location is good and connect to Burjman mall where you can find most luxuries outlets, restaurant, coffee shops, fast-food and kids playground.

The check in was slow because room was not ready even though I cam to hotel at 3 PM. The internet cost is way expensive than anywhere else. One day internet cost in the hotel is equal to one month internet cost outside the hotel.

Nice place with great amenities like free internet, a fitness center, and a lovely outdoor heated swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff guided me to local attractions, which I still remember. I highly recommend it!

Had a very pleasant stay.

Everything was very comfortable, with really helpful and top-class staff, met what was needed. The staff was willing to help and surprised us with very good service. Had perfect and exceptionally nice location to the Burjuman shopping centre, close to Bateel.

I was surprised on the internet fees it was very high and it should be free because people in vacation will not use it all the time only to check their mail. The TV size was small and I could not see the translation in Arabic.

The spacious one-bedroom apartment was perfect for my needs. The location was ideal, just next to the metro and close to my office at 11:45 am. The gym facilities were very nice, really loved the state-of-the-art equipment. The staff was super helpful, especially in tracking my delayed luggage.

This is one of the best apartment Hotels I ever visited in Dubai, and I can only recommend it: Very luxurious, very clean, modern furniture, very nice bathrooms. Even though presented in a small area of the restaurant, the breakfast menu offers great choices and high quality i.e. several fresh juices. There is a direct connection to the BurJuman mall while the location of the Hotel is close to all places in BurDubai and Deira.

The internet rates are as usual quite expensive, there should be at least free WLAN service i.e. in the lobby.

The staff, especially Noor, provided really good service, made our stay nice.

Housekeeping struggled with the cleanliness of the balcony, leaving it sandy.

Privecy and quittnece

The room perfect for a family, there was a nice sitting room and small kitchen with everything, very cleaned bathroom very nice staff working at the reception

The wiew not very nice

The location was great, right by the mall and metro. The views from our room were fine with a huge balcony to enjoy the breeze. The space was roomy. We loved chilling by the warm pool after a long day exploring.

Rooms are modern suites and furniture is luxury. Hotel staff is very discreet and polite.
